State the actual incoming material, target product, seed/fibre requirement, named capacity basis and package. The screening-trial sheet can carry a fuller technical record without replacing this initial project scope.
Request evidence linked to your duty
Ask for proposed model drawings, wetted materials, screen/rotor options, process assumptions, trial protocol and acceptance method. Generic photographs and a rated water flow are not evidence for your guava product.
Make the commercial boundary explicit
The offer should identify the contracting entity, equipment and integration responsibilities, utilities, exclusions, delivery, installation and support terms. These belong to the project-specific proposal; the domain name alone is not proof of factory ownership.
