Prepare installation and maintenance access for guava pulpers, finishers, pumps and filling interfaces.
Commission against a recorded reference
Keep screen identity, rotor/clearance settings, sample lot and product criteria with the commissioning record. Subsequent changes can then be compared to a known state rather than an operator recollection.
Inspect the parts that define separation
Check perforations, seams, rotor edges, seals and residue outlets at a risk-based frequency. A worn or incorrectly seated screen can alter the result even when motor speed and nominal aperture have not changed.
Make access safe and practical
Allow lifting/removal space, isolation and cleaning access before fixing the equipment position. Spare-screen storage, seal replacement and a safe blocked-feed response belong in the operating preparation.
