GUAVA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Guava Beverage Base Blending Tanks
A process-tank configuration for combining accepted guava pulp with defined water and ingredient additions in a beverage-base recipe.

CONFIGURATION & DUTY
Equipment reference
| Product boundary | A recipe containing defined pulp and additions |
|---|---|
| Batch basis | Useful fill volume with an allowance for mixing and draining |
| Mixing selection | Agitation and ingredient entry matched to recipe behaviour |
| Interfaces | Weighing/dosing, transfer, sample and cleaning connections |
Keep the recipe separate from extraction
Fruit pulp is one input to a formulated base. Added water, sugar or other ingredients belong to a controlled recipe, with their quantities measured independently. An increase in base output after blending is not an increase in fruit extraction recovery.
Choose the mixing task before the tank details
Low-viscosity blending and dispersion of difficult powders may need different equipment. Specify the order of additions, wetting behaviour and required uniformity before selecting agitation or a separate dissolving module. Choose the internal mixing configuration around the ingredients and required dispersion.
Make batches traceable through the line
Coordinate pulp receiving, ingredient measurement, sampling and onward transfer. Buffer volume and the blend cycle must match the downstream treatment demand. Allocate practical access for the operator to inspect connections and handle additions safely.
Change recipes with a cleaning boundary
Product-contact surfaces, seals and shared manifolds need a defined cleanout between recipes. Include residual material and rinse routing in the batch handover so a change in formulation does not become an unintended mix.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Read before you specify.
Use the technical guide alongside the equipment reference. The right screen, configuration and handover depend on the fruit, product criterion and connected process.

COMMON SELECTION QUESTIONS
A few things worth knowing.
Can I order this machine without a complete line?
Yes. Describe the duty at the guava beverage base blending tanks inlet and outlet, your planned quantity and any existing equipment connections. A single-machine scope can be discussed separately from a full processing line.
Which capacity or configuration should I request?
Share incoming material, accepted product, planned quantity at a named measurement point and the next process or package. Selection is based on that duty; a photograph alone does not establish an exact model or operating rate.
LET’S DEFINE YOUR EQUIPMENT SCOPE
What are you planning
to process?
Share your fruit or pulp, target product and planned quantity. We can start with a short brief.
