Guava Brush Washing Machine
A roller-and-spray washing configuration for sound guava that tolerates brushing before inspection and pulping.
View equipment →PROCESSING LINE
A connected route from washed guava through two-stage pulping and refining to defined treatment and bulk bag filling.

CONNECTED EQUIPMENT
Select brush washing or a bath-and-elevator configuration for fruit condition. Manual inspection removes unsuitable fruit before preparation.
Choose the direct, reduced-size or conditioned feed route from a representative trial. Guava seed integrity is assessed when changing preparation.
One double-stage assembly combines primary pulping and further refinement. Keep pulp and residue paths accessible for sampling and removal.
Balance extraction against the continuous treatment demand. Vacuum deaeration is an option where the product duty calls for air removal.
Coordinate heating, holding and cooling with the chosen bag fitment and filling condition. Cleaning routes connect the selected closed circuits.
Pulp and puree can describe overlapping commercial products. The important equipment decisions are the incoming fruit, accepted fibre and hard-particle condition, flow behaviour, treatment and package. Use those requirements to configure this line rather than building two parallel schemes from the product name alone.
Place sorting rejects and pulper residue collection outside the clean pulp path. Match washing discharge to inspection height, pulper access to safe screen removal, and buffer working volume to treatment demand. Leave service space at the filler for bags and supporting containers.
The bulk bag option combines a selected thermal system with the compatible filling interface. Frozen or chilled bulk products need their own preservation and filling arrangement; the photographed aseptic filler is not a universal substitute for every package.
