A conditional step before extraction
The feed hopper directs prepared material to the enclosed crushing work area. The downstream pulper receives smaller material rather than a cut-half presentation. For hard-seeded guava, trial the preparation with both pulp and residue observations before including a crusher in the line.
Read family ratings correctly
The published PS series gives a general fruit-processing equipment range. These entries are not measured guava throughput, and the photograph does not identify one specific capacity model. Continuous line duty also depends on the feeder, preparation and downstream separator.
Feed and discharge together
Coordinate hopper access, feed control and the connection to the pulper. Avoid a build-up of prepared material between the two machines. A discharge blockage can change the feed condition as well as interrupt the line.
Inspection and maintenance
Isolate the power before opening the working housing or clearing retained material. Inspect the wearing work surfaces, fasteners, seals and guards. Keep the inspection opening closed for operation and use an agreed spare-parts list for the selected assembly.
