Process sequence and machine selection

Receive the pulp
Use a buffer arrangement compatible with the supplied pulp, transfer conditions and planned batch sequence.

Blend the recipe
Measure pulp and additions into the selected blending configuration. Establish the mixing task and ingredient sequence.

Condition the baseConfiguration option
High-pressure homogenization or vacuum deaeration may be included where the recipe and product trials justify them.

Treat and hand over
Coordinate thermal duty with bulk bag filling where selected, or a defined interface to a separate final packaging line. Include cleaning paths between recipes.
Formulation is a real processing boundary
This route starts with extracted pulp. Water and other ingredients change composition and output, so the resulting base is described by its recipe. It is not automatically undiluted pulp or 100% fruit juice.
Select mixing and homogenization separately
Blending distributes measured ingredients in the tank. High-pressure homogenization is a separate optional treatment for an appropriate prepared feed. The required dispersion and texture determine which operations are useful; neither replaces upstream removal of hard seeds.
Leave retail packaging as an identified interface
A bulk-base project can finish at the compatible bag filler or at the inlet of customer-selected downstream packaging. Retail bottles, cans and cartons require their own filler and package process. Include this handover in the equipment and utility schedule.
