01

Heat transfer starts with the product passage

A tubular configuration transfers heat between the product and service circuits. Channel geometry, allowable pressure drop and surface area must suit the pulp being processed. Straight exterior pipe runs show the assembly layout; the selected internal passage and holding arrangement are defined in the design.

02

Holding duty follows flow control

The product treatment is a time-and-temperature process at a controlled flow, followed by the required cooling or filling condition. Guava recipe, acidity, initial load and package route determine the validated operating process. A generic equipment temperature range cannot replace that work.

03

Connect the complete treatment boundary

Coordinate incoming buffer levels, transfer duty, diversion logic where specified, service heating/cooling and the downstream bag filler or other defined handover. The design must account for startup, product change and stoppages as well as normal production.

04

Clean and inspect the product path

Review return paths, drainage and access to seals and instruments. Monitor deposits and changing pressure loss under the chosen product. Cleaning conditions are established for the installed circuit, with checks that reach the actual areas of retained pulp.

SELECTION GUIDANCE

Read before you specify.

Use the technical guide alongside the equipment reference. The right screen, configuration and handover depend on the fruit, product criterion and connected process.

COMMON SELECTION QUESTIONS

A few things worth knowing.

Can treatment conditions be chosen from a generic temperature?

No. Heating, holding, flow and cooling must be specified for the product and preservation process, coordinated with the package and filling interface.

What product information is needed?

Provide pulp or recipe, flow, temperature, viscosity with measurement method, fibre and particle condition, plus the planned filling handover.

Can I order this machine without a complete line?

Yes. Describe the duty at the guava pulp thermal processing system inlet and outlet, your planned quantity and any existing equipment connections. A single-machine scope can be discussed separately from a full processing line.

Which capacity or configuration should I request?

Share incoming material, accepted product, planned quantity at a named measurement point and the next process or package. Selection is based on that duty; a photograph alone does not establish an exact model or operating rate.

LET’S DEFINE YOUR EQUIPMENT SCOPE
