GUAVA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Guava Brush Washing Machine
A roller-and-spray washing configuration for sound guava that tolerates brushing before inspection and pulping.

CONFIGURATION & DUTY
Equipment reference
| Washing action | Brush contact with overhead water spray |
|---|---|
| Fruit condition | Suitability depends on firmness and skin damage tolerance |
| Water system | Supply, collection, screening and drainage matched to the installation |
| Line interface | Discharge height and transfer gap coordinated with the sorting conveyor |
Roll, spray and release
The working rollers move and turn the fruit while spray water carries released dirt away. Guava firmness matters: overly soft or split fruit can be damaged by mechanical contact. Set the preparation method around the commercial fruit supply, and keep unsuitable fruit out of this stage.
Water and access
Separate fresh-water connections, recirculation arrangements where specified, and dirty-water drainage. Provide access beneath the rollers for inspection and removal of retained plant material; a clean visible fruit surface does not establish the cleanliness of the water circuit.
Match the next conveyor
The receiving conveyor should catch fruit without a long free fall or a narrowing bottleneck. Check discharge position, operator access and any further rinse in the equipment arrangement. Washing and manual inspection remain separate functions.
Routine attention
Isolate the drive before reaching the brush area. Inspect roller condition, spray coverage, bearings and guards, and remove accumulated soil from collection areas. Open mechanical washing surfaces need direct access for cleaning.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Read before you specify.
Use the technical guide alongside the equipment reference. The right screen, configuration and handover depend on the fruit, product criterion and connected process.

COMMON SELECTION QUESTIONS
A few things worth knowing.
Should I choose brushes or a wash bath?
Evaluate the firmness and damage tolerance of the incoming guava, water circuit and discharge height. Brush contact and bath handling are alternatives selected around the actual fruit.
Can I order this machine without a complete line?
Yes. Describe the duty at the guava brush washing machine inlet and outlet, your planned quantity and any existing equipment connections. A single-machine scope can be discussed separately from a full processing line.
Which capacity or configuration should I request?
Share incoming material, accepted product, planned quantity at a named measurement point and the next process or package. Selection is based on that duty; a photograph alone does not establish an exact model or operating rate.
