EQUIPMENT SELECTION GUIDE

How to Choose a Guava Processing Line

Choose a guava pulp line, a supplied-pulp treatment package or a beverage-base route by feed condition, finished product and packaging.

01

Start with what you receive

Whole guava requires fruit handling, washing and inspection before extraction. Previously extracted pulp starts at receiving, buffering and transfer. A beverage-base project adds a measured recipe to accepted pulp. Choosing the entry point first avoids buying upstream equipment you do not need.

02

Define what leaves the line

State whether the product is undiluted pulp, refined puree or a formulated base. Describe texture and hard-particle acceptance separately. Identify the outlet as filled bulk bags or a named handover to another process; bottles and cartons need a separate packaging scope.

03

Size each stage at its own inlet

Fruit receiving rate and recovered pulp output are different quantities. Record raw fruit mass, rejects and separated residue when discussing extraction. For a downstream package, state pulp flow at a measured temperature. Water and other additions change the output of a beverage-base route.

04

Ask for a connected proposal

Provide incoming material, target product, approximate throughput and package. Include existing machines and site utilities where known. The quotation can then identify preparation alternatives, product buffers, treatment and filler interfaces instead of treating every machine as an isolated purchase.
