Arrange the line around product movement
A practical line starts with the receiving state and ends at a named packaging or process handover. Washed fruit, pulper residue, exposed pulp, finished bags and maintenance access each need a route through the layout. Identify working heights, drains and service space before fixing machine positions.
Match capacities at the same boundary
State raw fruit receiving in mass per hour and recovered pulp output separately. Use product density and temperature for volume figures. For a formulated base, account for water and ingredients. Compare each machine with the flow it actually receives and include useful buffer between intermittent and continuous duties.
Build a clear equipment schedule
Record the proposed family/configuration, product-contact materials, drives, connections and control interfaces for each assembly. Mark alternatives such as brush washing versus wash-bath elevation, and conditional additions such as preheating or homogenization. Existing customer equipment needs the same interface definition.
Plan utilities and controls
Heating and cooling services, electrical loads, water quality, compressed air where specified and drainage are project-specific interfaces. Group equipment control around safe start/stop order, buffer levels, steady treatment flow and filling interruptions. Coordinate cleaning routes with the selected product and valve paths.
Agree checks and handover documents
A project inspection plan can cover machine identity, access, rotation checks, instruments, product trials, cleaning and the connected process. Define which checks belong before dispatch and which depend on site utilities and product. The agreed offer sets the scope for drawings, manuals, spare parts, installation and support.
