PROCESSING LINE

Guava Pulp Treatment and Filling

A downstream equipment package for plants that receive guava pulp and need controlled handling, thermal processing and compatible bulk filling.

EXISTING PULP → FILLED BAG

Starts with
Previously extracted guava pulp with its upstream processing and storage history
Finishes at
Treated pulp in the agreed bulk bag, or at a clearly defined filling handover
Capacity basis
Use incoming pulp mass or volume at a stated density and temperature. This route is sized at the pulp inlet rather than the original fruit receiving rate.

CONNECTED EQUIPMENT

Process sequence and machine selection

  1. 01

    Receive and buffer

Identify the supply container, transfer method and product condition. A practical working buffer connects batch receiving to the next continuous module.

  2. 02

    Manage air where neededConfiguration option

Assess aeration and feed behaviour before including a vacuum stage. Keep the outlet transfer closed and compatible with the thermal system.

  3. 03

    Apply the selected treatment

Match product passage, flow control, holding and cooling to the pulp and preservation process. Allow for startup, stops and changeover.

  4. 04

Fill and clean the product route

Coordinate fitment, fill quantity, bag handling and sterile interfaces; route cleaning to all selected closed paths.

01

Start with the supplied pulp

Record its variety or blend, seeds and fibre condition, soluble solids where available, prior treatment, storage and temperature. This route does not automatically repeat whole-fruit extraction. If the incoming pulp misses the texture criterion, assess a separate refining need before final sizing.

02

Design the handover between packages

Existing tanks, pumps or thermal sections can remain part of a project if their duties and connections are defined. Name the inlet and outlet limits, controls, cleaning responsibility and available utilities at each boundary so each piece can operate within the complete system.

03

Use the actual viscous-flow duty

Keep viscosity together with its measurement temperature, instrument and method. Pipe runs and elevations influence transfer pressure, while the product passage and deposits influence heating performance. A water-flow rating is not a substitute for a guava pulp assessment.
