GUAVA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Guava Pulp Vacuum Deaerator
A vacuum vessel and transfer arrangement for removing entrained air from compatible guava pulp or formulated base before the next processing stage.

CONFIGURATION & DUTY
Equipment reference
| Operating role | Entrained-air removal under vacuum |
|---|---|
| Selection inputs | Pulp viscosity, feed temperature, flow and foaming behaviour |
| Connections | Product inlet/outlet, vacuum service and cleaning circuit |
| Integration | Position selected with heating, formulation and transfer |
Expose the product to a pressure change
The vacuum vessel allows gas to disengage from the product under reduced pressure. Feed distribution, temperature and residence behaviour affect the result. A stable inlet supply and controlled outlet transfer are needed to maintain the intended working condition.
Consider pulp body and foam
Guava fibre and viscosity can change how a feed spreads and releases bubbles. Assess the operating range with the actual pulp or recipe. The equipment choice should address foaming and product carry-over as well as the vacuum connection.
Protect the downstream handover
Keep the onward pipe route and pump suction conditions compatible with the deaerator outlet. Avoid introducing air again through poor seals, an open transfer or uncontrolled buffer return. Confirm the relationship to the thermal system before fixing the layout.
Vessel and service checks
Inspect seals, connections, drains and the vacuum service according to the selected assembly. Include the product vessel in its cleaning plan and keep the vacuum-side protection accessible for inspection.
