GUAVA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
High-Pressure Homogenizer for Guava Base
An optional high-pressure homogenization step for a pumpable formulated base when the recipe benefits from further dispersion after coarse material is controlled.

Apply pressure to a prepared feed
The pump raises product pressure before it passes through the homogenizing valve, producing intensive local treatment. Its role is dispersion and texture adjustment for the chosen recipe. It is a different task from screening skins and hard seeds out of whole fruit.
Select with the base formulation
Assess viscosity, particle condition, temperature and required product behaviour. A homogenizer should not be used as the answer to an uncontrolled seed-fragment problem upstream. Pressure and flow must be specified for the selected equipment and product.
Coordinate the inlet and onward process
Provide steady feed, compatible inlet pressure and protection against unsuitable particles. Position the machine in the agreed blend/treatment sequence and include the pressure and temperature effects when defining downstream duty.
Inspect the wearing components
Valve assemblies, seals and pump components require accessible maintenance. Include cleaning routing, pressure relief and the manufacturer-specified shutdown method in the equipment handover. Process-pressure settings are established for the selected configuration.
