EQUIPMENT SELECTION GUIDE
Blending and Homogenization for Guava Beverage Base
Separate guava beverage-base tank blending from optional homogenization and deaeration, with recipe, particle condition and treatment interfaces defined.

Define additions on a common basis
State pulp feed, water and each ingredient, with the mass or volume basis. Batch size, fruit fraction and finished output must describe the same recipe. This prevents a blend output figure from being mistaken for undiluted pulp production.
Choose the mixing task
Tank agitation must distribute the planned ingredients. Difficult powder wetting or dispersion may require a separate selected arrangement. Provide the addition sequence and intended uniformity rather than choosing a tank from its exterior photograph.
Add homogenization only for a suitable feed
A high-pressure homogenizer can be considered for a pumpable, controlled recipe. Feed particles, viscosity, pressure duty and flow determine the selection. Screening of hard seeds and coarse matter remains an upstream responsibility.
Connect batch work to continuous treatment
Coordinate the blend cycle, buffer working volume and downstream flow. Include cleaning and product remaining in shared manifolds between recipes. Identify whether the finished base leaves in bulk bags or at another packaging handover.
