Guava Inspection Conveyor
A belt conveyor that presents washed guava to operators for removing damaged fruit and other visible rejects.

CONFIGURATION & DUTY
Equipment reference
| Inspection | Manual visual selection |
|---|---|
| Conveying | Belt, support frame and driven transfer |
| Workstations | Operator space and reject collection arranged with the line |
| Cleaning | Accessible belt surfaces and return area |
Give inspection enough space
A controlled fruit layer lets operators see and remove damaged fruit before the preparation equipment. Speed, belt width and staffing must work together. A fast belt covered by overlapping fruit reduces the useful opportunity to inspect.
Keep accepted fruit and rejects apart
Locate bins or reject chutes where they do not cross the clean product path or block a walking route. The discharge feeds the next preparation stage; routine rejects should leave the line without stopping accepted fruit.
Build the transfer around the workstation
Match height, belt end and clearances to the washer and pulper preparation. Provide reachable stops and safe access along the work positions. The conveyor does not automatically recognize defects.
Daily checks
Inspect belt condition, tracking, drive guards and the return path before operation. Remove trapped fruit and wash exposed surfaces with the equipment isolated; protect electrical components according to their specified installation.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Read before you specify.
Use the technical guide alongside the equipment reference. The right screen, configuration and handover depend on the fruit, product criterion and connected process.

COMMON SELECTION QUESTIONS
A few things worth knowing.
Can I order this machine without a complete line?
Yes. Describe the duty at the guava inspection conveyor inlet and outlet, your planned quantity and any existing equipment connections. A single-machine scope can be discussed separately from a full processing line.
Which capacity or configuration should I request?
Share incoming material, accepted product, planned quantity at a named measurement point and the next process or package. Selection is based on that duty; a photograph alone does not establish an exact model or operating rate.

What are you planning
to process?
Share your fruit or pulp, target product and planned quantity. We can start with a short brief.
