EQUIPMENT SELECTION GUIDE
Bulk Bag Filling for Guava Pulp: What to Specify
Define bag fitment, fill quantity, product condition, treatment handover and cleaning interfaces when selecting a guava bulk filling system.

Start with the actual package
Identify the bag, fitment, supporting drum or container, and intended fill quantity. Bag handling and fitment compatibility are part of the equipment scope. A bulk bag filler does not cover retail bottle, can or carton packing.
Connect the product-treatment boundary
The filler must receive product under the agreed conditions from the treatment module. Establish flow, pressure and interruption handling at that handover. A filling machine alone does not establish the complete preservation process.
Plan access around the filling position
Allow operators to place bags and supporting containers, reach controls and remove completed packs. Include the movement of empty and filled containers in the layout so they do not obstruct product pipework or maintenance access.
Name the cleaning and service interfaces
Discuss product circuits, the selected filling interface, cleaning routing and specified services together. Provide a bag/fitment reference and the proposed product route for a more useful filling enquiry.
