GUAVA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Continuous Fruit Preheater
A conveyor-based preheating configuration for fruit preparation when a trial demonstrates a useful softening stage ahead of pulping.

CONFIGURATION & DUTY
Equipment reference
| Handling configuration | Continuous conveyor preparation unit |
|---|---|
| Process role | Optional softening before extraction |
| Operating conditions | Product load, residence time and heating duty selected together |
| Downstream connection | Discharge arrangement matched to pulper feeding |
Preparation temperature has a purpose
Heating before extraction can be part of a preparation route, but its effect must be assessed on the actual fruit and required pulp. The preheater handles this earlier step; the finished product still needs its own treatment and packaging process.
Residence time and fruit loading
Belt movement and the depth of fruit determine how material travels through the unit. Consistent preparation needs a stable feed and an appropriate heating distribution. Establish conditions with the fruit condition and pulper response recorded together.
Allow access at both ends
Coordinate feed height and the discharge into the next machine. Leave access to the conveyor return, outlet and service side so an operator can inspect retained material without climbing over product pipework.
Cleaning and upkeep
Inspect the mesh, drive, tracking and accessible heating areas after isolation. Remove fibrous pieces from belt openings and drainage zones. Protect against hot surfaces and retain the specified covers and guards in operation.
SELECTION GUIDANCE
Read before you specify.
Use the technical guide alongside the equipment reference. The right screen, configuration and handover depend on the fruit, product criterion and connected process.

COMMON SELECTION QUESTIONS
A few things worth knowing.
Can I order this machine without a complete line?
Yes. Describe the duty at the continuous fruit preheater inlet and outlet, your planned quantity and any existing equipment connections. A single-machine scope can be discussed separately from a full processing line.
Which capacity or configuration should I request?
Share incoming material, accepted product, planned quantity at a named measurement point and the next process or package. Selection is based on that duty; a photograph alone does not establish an exact model or operating rate.

What are you planning
to process?
Share your fruit or pulp, target product and planned quantity. We can start with a short brief.
