Guava Pulp Transfer and Buffer Integration
Define the viscous pulp duty, pump selection inputs, pressure losses and buffer interfaces before connecting processing modules.
Specify the actual feed
Name the product and measurement temperature, then provide viscosity with method and time, fibres and particles, required flow and supply condition. These identify the duty that the transfer arrangement must handle.
Follow the installed pipe route
Include height changes, pipe sizes, bends, valves and the next equipment inlet pressure. The buffer outlet, pump suction and thermal-system demand need to be coordinated, including low-level operation and shutdown.
Connect cleaning to emptying
Show drain points, product recovery routing and the cleaning return. Select the pump and seal configuration for product and cleaning conditions. Buffer working volume and retained material in the transfer path affect changeover as well as steady production.
