Request evidence linked to your duty
Ask for proposed model drawings, wetted materials, screen/rotor options, process assumptions, trial protocol and acceptance method. Generic photographs and a rated water flow are not evidence for your guava product.
Make the commercial boundary explicit
The supply proposal defines equipment, integration responsibilities, utilities, installation interfaces and support scope. Agree the acceptance checks, required documents, spare parts and delivery milestones with the equipment schedule.
