GUAVA / EQUIPMENT

Buffering & optional deaeration for guava processing

Separate short-term flow fluctuations from downstream treatment and assess entrained air where it affects the product.

Buffering & optional deaeration functional illustration
Functional illustration · not an offered model or dimensional drawing.
INPUT
Refined guava pulp with controlled hold history.
OUTPUT
A supplied treatment flow; deaeration included only if justified by product and system needs.

Define the selection inputs

ParameterWhat the proposal needs
Hold boundaryTrack maximum intended hold, temperature and clean/dirty transitions.
Agitation objectiveAvoid unnecessary air entrainment while maintaining the specified consistency.
Deaeration evidenceCompare foam, dissolved/entrained air indicators and downstream behaviour using an agreed method.
01

Processing duty

Separate short-term flow fluctuations from downstream treatment and assess entrained air where it affects the product.

02

Structure and working boundary

A drainable buffer vessel with level control and suitable product handling. Vacuum deaeration is a distinct optional operation with its own pressure and foam considerations.

03

Cleaning and maintenance

Reach top fittings, agitator seals and low points. Verify that product and cleaning flow contact all intended surfaces.

04

Installation interfaces

Level interlocks, pump supply, vents and optional vacuum/condensate services.

05

Selection limit

A buffer does not validate storage life; deaeration does not remove the need for a suitable preservation process.
