Processing duty
Recover a defined pulp stream while directing seeds and coarse residues to a separate outlet.
Structure and working boundary
Feed enters a rotor-and-screen working zone. Pulp passes through the screen; retained material travels to the residue outlet. Rotor action, clearances and discharge influence both recovery and seed damage.
Cleaning and maintenance
Inspect screen seams, perforations and rotor edges. Safe access and repeatable assembly clearances are essential after cleaning.
Installation interfaces
Steady preparation feed, pulp collection without excessive aeration and an independent residue conveyor or container.
Selection limit
A pulper cannot promise zero seed fragments without an agreed sampling and acceptance method.
