Structure and working boundary
A well-lit inspection surface with suitable fruit presentation, operator access and a clearly separated reject collection point.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the belt underside and reject chutes. Provide safe removal of accumulated rejected fruit without crossing the clean product path.
Installation interfaces
Working height, operator positions, lighting, guarding and downstream cutter feed.
Selection limit
A sorting conveyor does not prove the absence of internal defects or hard fragments.
