Integrate guava separation into the plant
Define elevations, product and residue routes, utilities, buffering, controls and responsibility boundaries before equipment procurement.
Draw three physical routes
Map accepted fruit, recovered pulp and residues separately. Add operator and maintenance access around them. Show actual outlet elevations and transfer restrictions rather than leaving the pulper as an isolated box.
Match intermittent and steady duties
Receiving and screening can fluctuate while a downstream thermal system needs a controlled feed. Establish buffer behaviour, level control, allowable hold and stop/start coordination as part of the line duty.
Allocate the interfaces
A proposal should state responsibility for foundations, power, water, drainage, steam/cooling, compressed air where needed, recipe signals and packaging integration. Capture utility quality and availability, not only a list of connection sizes.
