GUAVA / PROJECT KNOWLEDGE
Formulated beverage base processing line
Define fruit fraction, added water and ingredients beyond the pulp-line boundary.
Place formulation after accepted pulp
Identify the incoming pulp specification and the separately added water and ingredients. The target fruit fraction and recipe version belong to the product definition.
Keep three flow figures apart
Receiving-fruit throughput, screened-pulp output and formulated-product output describe different boundaries. Added water must not be presented as improved extraction recovery.
Connect to preservation and packaging
Assess mixing, consistency, downstream treatment and package compatibility for the actual recipe. Do not label nectar or a formulated drink as 100% juice without a valid product basis.
ROUTE / NEXT DECISION
Choose a texture objective.
