Refined guava puree processing line

Agree the fibre and gritty-particle criteria before choosing a finishing duty.

Define refined rather than assuming smooth

Agree the method for assessing fibres, gritty particles and mouthfeel. The word puree does not define a maximum seed-fragment size or a unique viscosity.

Treat seed removal and finishing separately

Assess the primary pulper and its residue before selecting secondary refinement. Changing the finishing screen cannot repair every form of seed damage or a worn upstream component.

Link texture to handling

Keep temperature and viscosity method with the refined sample. Transfer, buffering and heat treatment must accommodate that product, including the expected supply variation.

Preserve the intended body while assessing seeds, peel and coarse fibres.

Refine fibre

Separate the fibre acceptance target from the first seed-removal duty.

Evaluate a finer finish
