Fruit receiving & washing for guava processing
Remove incoming dirt while controlling handling damage before cutting exposes the fruit.

- Whole guavas, separated by lot and maturity condition.

- Washed fruit and a separate dirty-water / debris stream.

Processing duty
Remove incoming dirt while controlling handling damage before cutting exposes the fruit.
Structure and working boundary
A controlled infeed, wash section and drainage transfer. Water reuse, screening and fruit residence are separate design decisions.
Cleaning and maintenance
Expose screens, drainage pockets and belt returns for inspection. Include removal of leaves and soil rather than circulating accumulated debris.
Installation interfaces
Receiving space, potable process-water specification, effluent handling and the sorting conveyor elevation.
Selection limit
Washing cannot make decayed fruit suitable for processing.
