Fruit receiving & washing
Remove incoming dirt while controlling handling damage before cutting exposes the fruit.

Explore washing, sorting, preparation, seed separation, finishing, transfer, treatment and packaging as linked equipment duties.
Record the incoming lot and remove unsuitable fruit before preparation. Cutting or conditioning is selected for the pulper feed and actual fruit condition; do not add aggressive crushing simply because another fruit line uses it.
Include sorting rejects, primary seeds/skin and finisher residues in the layout. Their collection and sampling should not cross exposed pulp or become a hidden source of line stoppages.
After separation, the line branches towards pulp/puree handling or an explicitly formulated beverage base. Treatment and packaging follow the final product definition and validated preservation method.

Explore the duty ↗Prepare a consistent feed for the selected pulper without assuming that aggressive crushing is suitable for hard guava seeds.
Explore the duty ↗Assess whether fruit preparation or temperature conditioning improves separation for the specific guava lot.
Explore the duty ↗Recover a defined pulp stream while directing seeds and coarse residues to a separate outlet.
Explore the duty ↗Assess a secondary separation duty against fibre, gritty-particle and mouthfeel requirements.
Explore the duty ↗Keep retained seeds, skin and fibre visible, measurable and separate from the clean pulp route.
Explore the duty ↗Move the actual pulp while respecting its measured flow behaviour and remaining particle content.
Explore the duty ↗Separate short-term flow fluctuations from downstream treatment and assess entrained air where it affects the product.
Explore the duty ↗Match the heat-transfer and holding system to actual guava product behaviour and its validated preservation target.
Explore the duty ↗Define the separate recipe step when guava pulp is combined with water or other ingredients.
