Guava Pulping Residue Handling
Arrange separate collection and sampling for skins, seeds and retained fibre discharged by the combined pulper/refiner.
Give residue its own route
Keep the residue outlets free and direct collected material away from the accepted pulp path. Collection height, bin movement and cleaning access must fit the machine arrangement. An obstructed outlet can interrupt both stages.
Observe the retained stream
Compare seed condition, skin, fibres and useful pulp remaining in the residue with the product results. Use matched sampling intervals and named input/output boundaries for any recovery assessment.
Match the handling equipment to the layout
Bin handling, a suitable collection conveyor or another selected transfer arrangement depends on the residue characteristics and building access. Include the agreed handling scope in the line layout and cleaning plan.
