Seeds, fragments and gritty particles are different observations
Plan a guava sampling method that distinguishes whole seeds, broken fragments, fibres and other sources of gritty texture.
Name what was found
A hard particle should not be labelled a seed fragment simply because it feels gritty. Agree an identification and sample-assessment method appropriate to the end product; keep retained samples when investigating a problem.
Locate the point of change
Take samples around preparation, primary pulping and finishing. Inspect the residue from each stage and compare seed condition. This helps separate a preparation issue from a screen-integrity or operating-condition issue.
Turn observations into an acceptance plan
State the sampled quantity, detection method, frequency and the responsible decision-maker. A result in one small sample does not justify a universal zero-fragment claim for a whole production range.
