EQUIPMENT SELECTION GUIDE
Whole Guava Line or Existing-Pulp Package?
Compare the equipment scope for whole-fruit extraction with a downstream guava pulp handling, treatment and filling package.

Whole fruit includes the extraction boundary
A whole-fruit route includes washing, operator inspection and an agreed preparation method before the combined pulper/refiner. It also needs collection for rejected fruit, skins, seeds and retained fibre. These streams influence the arrangement and the useful product output.
Supplied pulp carries an upstream history
Record the earlier separation and treatment, storage container, temperature and remaining seed or fibre condition. A supplied-pulp package does not automatically repeat washing or extraction. Additional refining is assessed only when incoming pulp misses the agreed product criterion.
Compare scope rather than nominal capacity
Two proposals with the same headline flow may start and end at different boundaries. Compare receiving, transfers, useful buffer volume, thermal sections, fill interface and cleaning responsibilities. Name which pumps, tanks and pipe connections already exist.
Make existing equipment part of the discussion
An existing pulper or buffer can be retained if its performance, condition and connections match the new duty. Supply its operating range, available drawings and current bottleneck. The proposal should state both the included machines and the interfaces that remain with the existing plant.
