Record the lot, not just the colour
Flesh colour is useful identification, but the incoming lot also needs cultivar where known, maturity distribution, storage/transport condition and preparation history. Use these facts to choose representative tests.
Include the difficult part of the supply range
A trial on a single ideal lot cannot establish behaviour across the whole season. Discuss the range of firmness, condition and seed/fibre observations expected in commercial supply.
Keep performance attached to evidence
Any later throughput, texture or recovery claim should name the material and operating conditions behind it. Where evidence is missing, request a trial rather than applying a rating from another fruit.
