Define the desired pulp character and which fibres are acceptable. Body retention does not mean accepting seeds or hard fragments.
Trial the primary separation
Compare product and residue across candidate settings with the same lot and flow basis. Watch for changes in seed integrity as well as the recovered pulp appearance.
Hand over a reproducible sample
Keep the accepted reference sample, assessment method and handling temperature with the downstream product specification.
