Guava Fruit Preparation Before Pulping

Compare manual preparation, a tested crushing route and optional conditioning before selecting the guava pulper feed.

01

Match preparation to the fruit

Sorted ripe fruit, manually prepared pieces and conditioned fruit present different loads to the pulper. Select the feed route with the actual seed and pulp observations. Manual removal of damaged portions is a workstation task; it does not specify an automatic cutting machine.

02

Use a crusher only where it adds a useful step

The available PS-family crusher reduces the feed size. For hard-seeded guava, compare the resulting pulp and residue before including it. A crusher is not a precision halving machine and does not replace sorting.

03

Conditioning is an independent choice

Conveyor preheating can form part of a softening route. Select residence and heating conditions from the preparation duty, then coordinate the pulper inlet. This earlier heating stage does not establish the final preservation process.
