A screen is a separation component
Aperture geometry and condition interact with feed and operating conditions. The number stamped on a screen is not a guaranteed maximum particle size in the finished product.
Compare the full result
For each candidate, assess the accepted product, seed and fibre observations, residue and achievable flow. Use equivalent lot and measurement conditions so a change in feed does not masquerade as an equipment improvement.
Measure a meaningful recovery basis
If recovery is evaluated, weigh defined input and output streams over an agreed interval and account for retained material and added water. This website does not calculate recovery from a few incomplete fields.
