How guava pulping and finishing work
Understand the rotor, screen, product outlet and residue outlet in a guava separation system.
Separate the streams deliberately
Prepared fruit enters a working zone that moves material across a perforated screen. The recovered pulp and retained residue leave by different paths. During commissioning, both streams need accessible sampling points.
Primary separation is not final texture approval
The first stage addresses primary extraction. The second working stage in the combined pulper/refiner processes the recovered pulp further. Equipment names cannot replace checks for hard seed fragments, coarse fibres and the intended body.
Look beyond the aperture
Screen geometry, wear, rotor action, clearance, feed presentation and fruit condition can all change what leaves each outlet. Compare complete trial conditions instead of treating a single aperture number as a quality certificate.
